Terms of Service

Rules for a fair, secure learning environment.

Accounts

Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials private and notify ABC Education of suspected unauthorised access. Accounts may be suspended for misuse or inaccurate information.

Course enrollment and access

Course access depends on enrollment status, configured free-class limits, payment status and course availability. The first three classes apply only where a course is eligible and attendance is confirmed. Recordings and resources may be restricted to enrolled or paid learners.

Learning and certificates

Students are responsible for completing required lessons and assessments. A certificate is not guaranteed by enrollment or lesson clicks; configured completion, assessment and payment requirements must be met.

Payments

Published course prices and plans govern payment. Manual payments remain pending until proof is reviewed. Rejected proof does not activate access. Refunds, where applicable, must be recorded by an administrator.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not harass others, upload malicious material, evade access controls, share private course content or use another person’s account. Course materials are for authorised personal learning unless written permission states otherwise.

Availability and changes

Services may be changed, corrected or temporarily unavailable. Course descriptions do not create accreditation, employment or outcome guarantees unless ABC Education publishes evidence and explicit terms for that claim.
