Information we collect

ABC Education stores information you provide when you register, enroll, contact support, upload profile or payment files, attend classes, complete lessons and assessments, or participate in discussions. Operational records can include your IP address, browser information, login attempts and audit actions.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, manage enrollments and payments, deliver course access, record learning progress, support users, secure the platform and meet legal obligations. ABC Education does not claim to sell or rent personal information.

Security and retention

Passwords are hashed. Sensitive configuration and private uploads are protected from direct public access. Role and ownership checks limit dashboard data. Records are retained as needed for learning, payment, security and legal purposes, then should be deleted or anonymised under the organisation’s retention process.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, unsubscribe from newsletters, or request deletion where no legal or contractual obligation requires retention.
